After 10 years as a Primary School teacher and 4 as a stay-at-home, mum, I retrained as a Pilates Instructor with Modern Pilates and the lovely Cherry Baker. I love the opportunity to meet new people and help them feel better and stronger through my classes. I’ve added Pre and Post Natal training, Exercise to Music, Exercise Considerations for Older Adults and Pure Stretch to my qualifications – oh my goodness I love the stretchy part of any class.


As someone who needs the motivation of a class -you always go when you’re the instructor!
