 2025 classes - New block starts week beginning 6th January


Classes are currently run at 5 different venues


  • Monday 1.30-2.30 pm -Minchinhampton Scout Hut
  • Monday 7.30-8.30pm Bussage Primary School
  • Tuesday 2-3pm - Eastcombe Village Hall
  • Wednesday 9.20-10.20am - Rodborough Community Hall
  • Thursday 9-10am - Eastcombe Scout Hall
  • Friday 1.30-2.30 pm -Minchinhampton Scout Hut


Classes are run in half termly blocks at £8.50 per class, payable for the course in advance eg 6 week course = £51.


Spaces are limited and this payment ensures your mat for the course.


Missed classes can often be caught up in another class.

Gentle Chair


A Pilates based exercise where you perform standing or sitting exercises only. Perfect for those not wanting to get up and down on a mat.


Gentle mobility, balance and strengthening exercises.

'Is chair pilates just sitting in a chair tapping feet and rolling your shoulders? Nooo, definitely not, it's a whole body, and brain workout! After hip or knee replacement, severe fracture, or just feeling stiff and creaky, it can be a tailored and gentle route back to fitness and health. Quite a bit of the chair part is standing behind or between chairs for stability and balance if you need it, it's remarkable how quickly things improve! Benefits are in core strength, muscle strength, improved flexibility and balance, it's definitely worth a try. 

 

I thoroughly recommend Michelle's classes. She is so professional but classes are friendly and tailored to individuals - and they work! What a difference in my general strength and well being, I'm 73 and started using 1kg soft exercise balls in Michelle's class, I'm now lifting 2.5kg weights and feeling better and stronger all the time.
